Seriously???

WTF is wrong with people? Below is a video about the Casey Anthony trial going on right now in Orlando, Florida. It is the trial of a mother accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter. The death has a pretty crazy story to go with it, but look at these people who are so excited about seeing a trial about a murdered toddler. In fact, there was actually a fight in the line to get tickets to see the trial live. One lady says she would rather go to the trial than go to Disney World. Seriously??? You would rather go see some poor lady put on trial for murder of her daughter than go to the happiest place on Earth?! WTF?

  1. I've never understood how people get so wrapped up in these kinds of things. It is definitely sick and bizarre. The funny thing is how they try and justify their obsession. This is nothing more than Jerry Springer in a court room.

  2. I wish they would stand this girl out on the street and give everyone lettuce and tomatoes, not that I want to see this girl hurt, but I would just like to see how far these people would take it.

  4. The obsession with other people's business is beyond my understanding. I think it's sad for people to be that wrapped up in Michael Jackson's death or the royal wedding or any of this garbage. I would like to blame the news, but the news wouldn't play it if no one watched it, so it's our fault.

  5. Honestly, I can see why people are interested in this. It is a crazy case with lots of twists based on what the nightly news says about it, but I'm not going to fight someone in line to see it live, nor will I ever spend hours watching it on court tv. I just wonder if at any point when they were fighting in line did the thought occur to them that this is over a little girl's death and someone else's life is now in the balance. Get a little perspective people.

Here is a clip of the defense's closing arguments. You have to admit it is a clever strategy.
