So apparently the Lee County Sheriffs department broke the bank to put on this "Operation Iron Snare." They even hired a fancy marketing company to organize it all......
"First we got to have a cool name for the operation, Next we got to have some signs, everyone has to be in Auburn and Alabama garb, oh yeah and we got to have some Van Halen Jammin in the background."
Honestly.....What the fuck? This Chris Hansen type shit is way over the top.....Unless you are going to sell commercials and air this on a prime time slot, why are you going so over the top to do this thing?
These cops are lazy as shit and spending way too much money when they could just go to these peoples houses and knock on the door for a fraction of the cost. Did you see how many fucking people they had to take that one guy down???

I honestly think we should put these people on a chain gang and have them work off their fines and child support. I mean they already owe money and they aren't going to be able to make any money while they are in jail, and then we have to pay for their food and shit while they are in jail. I seriously think that their should be percentage fines for the different laws you break out there. If you don't pay child support you are fined X percentage based on your yearly income, if you refuse to work then you come work for the GOV in an orange jumpsuit.
If you get a DUI its 10% of your yearly income, that way its a harsh penalty, you don't have to waste money on a stupid trial that costs twice as much as the fine anyway and people don't have to waste money on lawyers. WIN WIN WIN.
Take for instance this shit with lindsey lohan. If they would just fine her 20k every time she did something, they wouldn't have to spend money on all these different trials. You would have to make the amount high enough for people to learn their lesson. But I seriously think that a bunch of the crimes out there could be lumped into different fine categories and that we should use the people in jail on the less serious crimes to actually produce something, then we cold combat china's no minimum wage policy.
I thought it was a pretty clever idea. I don't know how much Lee Co spent on it, but they must have had some issues getting these people in to go through all this. It def makes for good internets!
