Man Arrested in Toomer's Oak Case

Fox 6 in Bham reporting a man named Harvey Updike arrested in connection to Toomer's Corner poisoning and is being  held on $50,000 bond.

    UA's Walk of Champions and The Quad have been under constant surveillance since the news broke yesterday. And I have seen three news crews filming since that time, also.
